by on 04-16-2010 at 09:16 AM (katlupe's Low Carb Eating Plan)
My husband and I have been pretty sick with a cold and it is one of those colds that lingers on and on. I think I am finally on the mend but my head still hurts if I move too fast or cough. I am not one to be sick very often or to catch things. Most of the time I am not around too many people but my husband brought it home from the guy we buy hay from. Thanks honey....

The problem with me being sick is that I don't stick to my food plan very well because I don't want to go to the ...

  2. My Past Eating Habits Changed For The Better!

by on 02-21-2010 at 04:09 PM (katlupe's Low Carb Eating Plan)
When I was married to my son's father, we ate out in restaurants several times a week. He is an accountant and several of his clients were restaurant owners. So they kind of bartered services. by on 02-19-2010 at 12:03 PM (katlupe's Low Carb Eating Plan)
The day before yesterday, my husband said the words I have been wanting to hear from him, "I want to start eating the way you do. The low carb diet. I just don't feel very good and see how it helps you."

You see he does not need to lose any weight. He is VERY active so no need to worry there either. But he loves his sweets, chips, regular milk (though I really can't see him giving that up), bread, potatoes and that would be about it.

    Now I am working ...

So, here I am, a year and two weeks into low-carbing for the second time in my life, and I have lost a total of 93 pounds!!!
